除舊服務條款
1.費用 | 1.1 顧客如要求《產品環保責任條例》下所指的法定除舊服務,只要符合下述條款,一律不作另行收費。 1.2 如顧客所要求的除舊服務超越下述條款的範圍,則當作放棄法定除舊服務處理。

2.適用條件 | 顧客於本公司購買《產品環保責任條例》所指的受管制電器,包括空調 機、洗衣機、電冰箱、電視機、電腦、列印機、掃描器及顯示器,可要求安排免費移走與所購買相同種類及數量的產品(須屬同類受管制電器註 1)。

3.除舊地點 | 3.1 適用於全香港任何地方。

4.選取期限 | 4.1 顧客可於購貨時選取「除舊服務」;或 4.2 於交易後 3 日內發電郵至hello@mangomall.com向本公司提出要求,逾期作放棄除舊服務處理。

5.除舊服務 內容及時間 | 政府承辦商歐綠保綜合環保(香港)有限公司(下稱“歐綠保”)的人員將會在顧客指定的日期,到顧客指定的地點,上門移走舊件。
確認預約日期及時間安排: 5.1 本公司會安排歐綠保的收集人員在以下時間提供上門收集服務,移除舊件,並運送至歐綠保處理: 星期一至六: 上午 8:00 至下午 7:00 星期日及公眾假期休息。 5.2 一般情況下,會在確認預約的4個工作天後安排除舊服務。 5.3 如顧客於確認回收日期後方提出要求更改回收日期, 會視作重新預約。 |

6.注意事項 | 6.1 除舊服務與安裝服務分開處理。 6.2 舊件一經顧客同意收取,本公司恕不退回。 6.3 舊件不能是進口電器廢物。 6.4 舊件必須獨立放置,脫離任何裝置、連接系統、並 移離有障礙的存放位置。 6.5 若舊件有嚴重衛生問題(例如:餿汁殘渣、蟑螂或螞 蟻等等)。以上情況若在收集舊件當日發現,舊件將 不會被移除,而顧客亦不會再享有免費的除舊服務。 6.6 顧客只享有一次更改除舊地點或時間安排的權利,並需 於約定之除舊時間最少4個工作天前(並不包括星期日及公眾假期)致電本公司顧客服務熱綫申請更改。當顧客提出更改回收日期,該申請會視作重新預約(請參考5.除舊服務內容及時間)。如歐綠保的物流職員到達顧客提供的地址時無法聯絡顧客或無人應門以致未能如期進行回收,本公司將不會再度為顧客安排免費除舊服務。 6.7 如遇上黑色暴雨警告/八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號,除舊服務將會暫停,並另作安排。 6.8 於約定之除舊時間,如因實際情況如交通、地區、天氣及其他因素影響而有所延誤、暫停或改期,本公司恕不負任何責任。 6.9 因以下情況引致除舊延誤或遺漏,而造成任何直接或間接的損失,本公司將一概不負責: 1) 在確認之除舊日期及時間內,聯絡人不在預約的除舊地址; 2) 顧客提供之地址不正確或有誤; 3) 在顧客提供的除舊地址,並無有關聯絡人; 4) 顧客提供聯絡人之聯絡電話不正確或無效。 6.10 顧客的個人資料只作除舊服務用途。本公司將會遵守《個人資料(私隱)條例》第 486 章處理顧客的個人資料。 6.11 本公司對任何與上門收集服務有關之直接,間接,特別或其後引致的損失概不會以任何方式負上責任。 6.12 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終的決定權。 6.13 此中文條款為英文版本譯本,如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處,應以中文版本為準。

空調機: 包括獨立式及分體式空調機,屬氣冷式或氣暖式(或兩者),其額定製冷量不超過 7.5 千瓦(即 3 匹)。
洗衣機: 其額定洗衣量不超過 10 公斤。
電冰箱: 其總容積不超過 500 公升。
電視機: 其顯示屏幕的尺寸不超過 100 吋(以對角斜角量度)。
電 腦: 包括個人電腦、桌上電腦、平板電腦、手提電腦及筆記簿電腦。
列印機: 其重量不超過 30 公斤; 如同時用作影印機、圖文傳真機或掃描器,仍視作列印機。
掃描器: 其重量不超過 30 公斤。
顯示器: 不具備儲存電子數據或運算的功能; 其顯示屏幕的尺寸為 5.5 吋至 100 吋內(以對角斜角量度)。

Removal Service Terms and Conditions
1. Charges | 1.1 If the removal request made under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance fulfills below terms and conditions, the removal service will be free of charge. 1.2 If the removal service requested by customer to be beyond the scope of below terms, it will be considered as giving up the removal service plan.

2. Applicable conditions | 2.1 Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances, including air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators, as specified in the Producer Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, can request free removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances (only applicable to the same type of regulated electrical appliances Note 1)

3. Applicable location
| 1.3 Any premises in Hong Kong. |
4. Applicable request | 4.1 Customers can select the “Removal Service” upon purchase; Or 4.2 Customers can request the removal service by sending email to hello@mangomall.com within 3 days after the transaction date. No removal service will be provided for delayed request.

5. Service details and time of the removal service | The contractor of The Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, ALBA Integrated Waste Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited (“ALBA”) will remove the used electrical appliances at the designated time and location.
Reservation for removal service: 5.1 The Company will arrange ALBA to collect used electrical appliances at the below time slot for further arrangement:
5.2 Under normal circumstances, the removal service will be arranged 4 working days after order confirmation. 5.3 Any changes after order confirmation will be treated as new reservation. |

6. Remarks | 6.1 Removal service and installation service will be handled separately. 6.2 The used electrical appliances will not be returned once collected. 6.3 The used electrical appliances cannot be imported e-waste. 6.4 The used electrical appliances must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles. 6.5 If the used electrical appliances has serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of Cockroaches and ants, etc.), it will not be removed and customer will not entitle to other free removal service. 6.6 Customer can re-schedule the removal service once and shall give no less than 4 working days' notice in respect of any change of collection date, time or location. (Sundays and Public Holidays are not included). Please contact our customer service hotline for rescheduling. Any changes will be treated as new reservation (Please refer to 5 Service details and time of the removal service). When ALBA’s logistic team arrived but customer absent from the designated address or cannot be reached, the removal service order will be cancelled and no other free removal service will be provided. 6.7 In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rearranged. 6.8 The Company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to actual conditions such as traffic, region, weather and other factors. 6.9 The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the following delays or omissions: 1) Customer is absent from the designated address at the reserved time. 2) Incorrect address was provided by customer. 3) There is no such person at the designated address. 4) Invalid phone number was provided by customer. 6.10 All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the used electrical appliances only and we shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). 6.11 The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage related to the removal service. 6.12 In the event of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision. 6.13 This terms and conditions has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Note 1
Air conditioners - including single package type and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air heated (or both), with a rated cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP).
Washing machines - with a rated washing capacity not exceeding 10 kg .
Refrigerators - with a total storage volume not exceeding 500 liters.
Televisions - the size of its display screen not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally)
Computers - generally including personal computer, desktop computer, tablet computer,
Laptop, computer and notebook computer.
Printers - not exceeding 30 kg in weight; one that can be used as a photocopier,
Facsimile, transmitter or scanner is nevertheless regarded as a printer.
Scanners - not exceeding 30 kg.
Monitors - not having the function of storing electronic data or computing, the size of the display screen is not smaller than 5.5 inches (measured diagonally) but not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally).
